Forbes Names Strive Health One of America’s Top Startup Employers for 2022

DENVER–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Strive Health, the national leader in value-based kidney care, has been recognized on the Forbes list of America’s Top Startup Employers 2022. The award recognizes 500 promising companies valued by their employees based on research conducted by Forbes in conjunction with market research firm Statista Inc. The list was announced on March 8, 2022 and can be viewed on the Forbes website.

America’s Top Startup Employers were selected based on a methodology that assesses employer excellence in three ways:

  • Employee Satisfaction: Extensive research has been conducted on average job tenure and online employer ratings.

  • Employer Reputation: Company-specific information was algorithmically extracted from social media channels such as news sites, micro-blogs, blogs, and social networks.

  • Company Growth: Comprehensive assessments of website traffic, workforce growth rates, and industry-benchmarked job postings.

To be considered for the ranking, employers must be headquartered in the United States and founded between 2012 and 2019. The final list recognizes the top 500 companies based on more than 8 million data points.
